How do I schedule an appointment?
You may contact me via phone or email to set up an appointment. I am typically able to respond to email inquiries more quickly, and find this is a convenient way to set up a time to talk further. However, because the confidentiality of emails is not guaranteed, please be careful not to include sensitive content in your email. Phone is also a great way to reach me. I am able to respond to non-urgent messages in 1-2 business days.
What times of day do you offer appointments?
I currently offer daytime and evening appointments, although my availability varies. Please contact me to learn more about my current availability.
What if I miss my appointment?
I require 48 hour’s advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations must be made by phone or email. Late cancellations are subject to a late cancellation fee.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, check, and credit card payments. I am currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Virginia and Carefirst. Please contact me for my current rate information and insurance participation. For self-pay clients, reimbursement may be available for you from your health insurance company.
