If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Welfare from the University of California at Berkeley, where I graduated with High Honors and benefited greatly from the university’s commitment to diversity. I went on to complete my Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, where I gained treatment and research experience in a wide array of clinical and community settings.
A new area of growth for me is pursuing my certification in Orff Schulwerk music pedagogy. I am currently working through my Orff Levels training. I am eager to use the Orff Schulwerk process to help children with developmental delays make progress, joyfully, through the use of music!
